Didnt know which forum to post this in. Has anyone here with a mac put songs/wallpaper on their Samsung T629 (or any samsung in general) using bluetooth? Just making sure it can be done before I buy the phone, the bluetooth wallpaper/mp3 transfer is a big choice in which phone i get

I have not on a Samsung, but I have on a Motorola RAZR V3. It was simple. It should be for the Samsung also.
In a barrier free world, who needs Windows™ and Gates?

It looks like the T629 has Bluetooth support, so as long as the carrier you're using doesn't block that feature, you should be good to go.

One thing you might want to check is what speaker it has. If the speaker is a typical mono cell phone speaker, you might want to get Audacity and run the sound clips you want to use as ringtones through a High Pass Filter at 100 Hz. That will protect the speaker from getting blown out by any large bass sounds that the clip may contain.

I got a T609 Samsung and you can transfer files that way with a mac works fine. I suggest using a card reader for the flash card to just store it directly works much faster. Trying to get 600 songs on a 1gig microSD with BT is not very timely.
