It was a link to the disk images for the Leopard install floppies. Thank goodness I kept that old USB drive around.

Need.More.Cowbell.Errr.Leopard.ScreenShots. Seriously, Apple releases a super awesome build of Leopard and all of a sudden everyone cares about their NDA? Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't break my NDA either but it sure is hard to believe after all the other leaks through the years, that this hasn't hit the street yet.

Erm…you were the first reply. I assumed you'd seen it. It was just a post going, "There's a new seed and it has a bunch of cool stuff I can't tell you about!"

Well yeah, I knew that. No way did Apple ask him to remove that. I figured he surely had to revise his original post with a picture or movie or something. Guess not.

Standard USB Floppies stopped working after Jaguar. Imation SuperDrive is the only way to read floppies on a Mac now.

I wouldn't be surprised if we weren't OS X for a LONG time... perhaps even beyond OS X 10.9

But we are talking 2012, so who knows what's up in the future.

I don’t know exactly how Apple’s NDAs work, but in every NDA I’ve ever come across, writing what you just wrote also breaks the NDA (and what I’m writing here does as well). Mentioning any contents of the NDA (including that mentioning X or Y breaks the NDA) is a violation of most NDAs as well.

Apple's agreement is available on its public developer Web site. Last I checked, at least.

Obviously the coffee hasn't kicked in yet for me. It took a good looking-at before I noticed the lens flares!

I for one think we should demand a lens flare in the upper left corner of every Finder window.

Why would you even worry about this, Oisín? It's his NDA and I'm sure that if he went through the trouble/expense to get a copy of Leopard, that he's well aware of that. In any case, it's his responsibility. Why spoil our fun or call him on it on a public forum and potentially get him in trouble?-- That is, if he even has an official copy of Leopard, which is not completely certain at this point.

Oh, I’m not worrying—I just though that since nexus was so eager to point out that mentioning receipt of the Leopard DVD breaks the NDA, I’d mention that [as I thought] so does mentioning that mentioning receipt of the DVD.

Are you telling me Apple is going to borrow this from Vista ?? (Premium Edition so far, users on a budget don't get such killer feature)

I really hope lensflare is not on any window. It would suck if you'd edit an image in Photoshop and have a lensflare effect on top of it all the time.

It needs the old Photoshop 3 lens flare.

I love the lens flare!

Someone needs to write a program that actually does this. It would be perfect to sneak on someone else's computer.

"Meanwhile, Apple is continuing work on Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) and provided developers with a new seed today (Build 9A303). This latest Leopard build provides ongoing performance improvements and bug fixes, but continues to have a long list of known issues. "

Funny how they mention it came out today and there are no big surprises.

Wasn't it stated somewhere else on this thread that production_coordinator works [or perhaps workED] for Adobe/Apple or something?
