I purchased that CD a few days ago, and I must say I am really into it.
I have listened to music from John Dowland and thought the interpretation far too technical/cold.
Sting brings a pretty populist interpretation to this Renaissance composer, and a lot of warmth.
You can almost picture the poet in a Tavern with a bock of beer in his hands telling his story.
