So I started working as a freelance Mac consultant a couple months ago, and things are really starting to take off. Up until now it's all been on a project basis, so I give someone a quote for the project, they sign off on it, and I bill them the agreed upon price afterwards.

Now I'm starting to get clients who basically want to retain my services. Right now I've got a PC consulting company that wants to sub-contract work with some Mac clients of theirs to me, and they want me to send over a contract. The problem is, I don't have a contract, and don't really know anything about writing or finding one.

Does anyone know if there are pre-existing contracts that could be used for this sort of thing? Or is anyone else doing something similar to what I'm doing and have any advice on how to handle this?

Thanks.

and if you need time/material or other invoice examples; their are templates galore for word and publisher. that will get the ideas flowing and then you can make your own.
