I am floored. What an amazing release! The Beatles have never sounded this good (and I own the complete discography).
First time I can remember where I've sat down and listened to an album in one go like this. Stunning.
Now bring on the remixed original albums!

It's a good place to start. But of course you need Sgt. Pepper, Rubber Soul, Revolver, Abbey Road, The Beatles (White Album) etc. etc. too

Why?
It's about frickin' time that we get proper remastered and remixed versions of their catalogue. The CDs from the late eighties and nineties sound like crap compared to Love.

Perhaps hearing is believing. I just don't like the idea that I am being sold the same music over and over. DVDs irritate me about this the most. A friend of mine buys every special edition and director's cut he can find.

The remastering of Mr Kite was quite startling. Overall a very good album.

A few weeks ago one of the radio stations played the whole thing. Some of the tracks were really enjoyable, and hearing about how the fellow (forget his name) who did the production had access to all the master tapes was interesting. I've yet to pick it up, but from the tracks I did hear, it sounded really good.
