A few months ago I wanted to apply for an Apple Card so I could get a new Mac, I was denied. I'm noticing now i'm getting approved for more cards, I was approved for a one Visa originally for $200.00, now they raised the Credit Limit to $500.00. Same with my Target card, originally $200 now up to $500. Now I was just recently approved for another Visa for $2000.00 -- so I was wondering, do you think I would be approved for an Apple Visa Card if I were to apply again?

I hadn't applied in a while, over three months and Card looks different... wasn't it a Master Card originally?

If you have other cards, I wouldn't apply for any more. Those low limits imply no credit history or poor credit.

What is the interest rate of the card? How many cards do you have open, and what is your balance on them?

It's best to consolidate to a low interest card(s), and pay off your balance as quickly as possible.

Logic and instruction on mature spending habits doesn't work for most of the people on here. Haven't you learned that?

Yeah, I know -- but I'd be remiss if I didn't say something.

If that's your credit limit, yo need not be applying. You need more money.

The more you apply for credit, the worse your credit score can get. Wait at least a year and pay the other cards as agreed. Use them but pay them off. Do not apply if the cards are maxed...Creditors don't like people looking for credit. It implies that the person does not know how to budget.
