thinking of getting this for my sister for xmas, she has a nano, but she runs in saucony shoes, will this work with an easy mod? She is not too good with technology.

As far as I see it, this is the nicest present anyone can give to someone with an iPod nano for $30.
She will enjoy it.
Pd. still recovering for some knee problems, I haven't run in 10 days
