This is so bizarre and disgusting: a man basically had his twin brother growing inside of him for 37 years.

There's a monster inside this man :: Vidmax.com

What do you think, fake or no?

I think that it could happen.

My aunt had a tumor removed, and when the biopsy came back, there was hair, and fingernails in it, along with teeth.

tell me that's not strange!

but, does this remind anyone of Total Recal?

Little dude in the stomach? no? No? anyone?

This is real. It's a very unusual (and even more disturbing) type of parasitic twin — a whole empty human body sucking away at its host. Ick!

That sounds more like a teratoma to me. Teratomas are basically tumors that come from stem cells, and they can differentiate into pretty much any bodily structure as they mature. Was it in her ovary?

No, I didn't - I'm at work!
But I don't know how my comment should be related to the video anyway since Chuckit's comment wasn't either!

Weren't there such cases on CSI and Grey's Anatomy as well?
I know it's TV, but it doesn't sound scientifically impossible … well, except for the robot body part
I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.

That is common also. On that Guinness World recored show they had a lady with a tumor in her belly the size of a LARGE beach ball and when they cut it open it also had hair and a few teeth. They weren't from an unborn twin they just mentioned that some types of tumors can grow teeth and hair. Horrifying thought.

But this same lady had a HUGE tumor in her for over 20 years with the last few being bed ridden and never went to the doctor about it because "She is scared of them". Idiot.

Yes Guinness made up the whole thing and faked the operating footage they showed and sold it to fox.

So the dude woke up blind with no face.

Well, yes, but the specific kind would be a dermoid cyst, also known as a cystic teratoma, wouldn't it? Most cysts don't have teeth.

Cool, and yes it's quite possible. However, I don't quite understand why they say it was growing for 37 years. They weren't very specific about it. For all we know it could have grown for a few years and then died, and then got infected.

P.S. And as Chuckit says, cystic teratomas are quite common. This twin inside a twin thing is not.

I have to say: I love these kind of stories. Almost nothing horrifies me.

Are you ready for this? The half-man blog. It's new, so not much content yet.

Oh wow...

For those of you who dont know, a hemicorporectomy is, as the name sounds, an amputation of half the body. In this case, my legs, pelvis, bladder, large intestine, and male "parts" were amputated. It's a long name, and a long process.

Thankfully, hemicorporectomy is a very rare procedure, with very few reasons to have one. Some people have cancer, and need to have the pelvis removed to get rid of the cancer, other people need to have it done due to infections, accidents, or in my case, pressure sores. You see, I have spina bifida, and because of this, my legs were paralyzed and numb. So numb in fact, that I could not feel the sores that burrowed their way into my butt and caused a massive bone infection.
