Hey guys!

I don't ask for much, but I do this on behalf of the love of my life. And because I am a big fan pretty objectively as well. Her band Operator Please is nominated for Australia's Triple J Hottest 100. If you are not Australian it would be hard to convey how important it would be for them to place among the 100 best songs of 2006. The show is on Australia Day and I'm not far off when I say that all of Australia listens to it. My friends from the band Datarock placed 12 last year and got a major international boost from it.

So have a listen to their music, and please vote for them at triple j | Hottest 100 | vote, it will only take a few minutes out of your time. Here's a simple step by step too:
1) Click Artist - O
2) Select Operator Please - Get What You Want
3) Click add to shortlist
4) (Optionally) Vote for your other favourite tracks from 2006 - up to ten.
5) Select the tracks on your shortlist and click next
6) Fill in your email (no spam gathered from public radio )
7) Read email and hit link.
8) (Optionally) There's two competitions you can enter. One from JJJ and one from Operator Please. Just forward your confirmation email to rachel@scorpiomusic.com.au to be in the draw for all their releases in 2007 (Two EPs, a multitude of singles and an album) signed.
