That's stupid. He could have just said .002 dollars and .00002 dollars. That's it. Then the retarded verizon guy would have understood.

I didn't listen to the whole twenty minutes, but how much did that difference total out to be in his total usage?

they ended up admitting their reps were wrong in the 0.002 cents. it was indeed .002 dollars, but they said otherwise and even put a note on his account saying it was cents.

in the end he got all his money back

That was long and painful. In the end, companies way overcharge for downloading on phones. What until someone gets a crazy iPhone bill for $1,000 just for surfing the web.
