Im assuming this is relevant to all books, such as the ones indexed by google, but I am reading No Fear Shakespeare and want to figure out a good way to print this out or read it in some other app?

I tried to buy this book, but all my local barnes and nobles are sold out of this because "tis the season" (of shakespeare in high school)

Any thoughts on how to cleanly get the info off that website into a workable document or something so I don't have to deal with that interface on their website and I would like to be able to print it all out so I can highlight/etc.

Any ideas?
