Fake heart attack saves woman, 80 - Crime & Punishment - MSNBC.com
Reminds me of a saying, "Youth and skill never overcome age and treachery." Something to that effect.
First off, what a sick bastard. Being a rapist is bad enough, but to attempt to rape an 80 year old woman? Some people disgust me.
As for the lady, great wit and quick thinking on her part.

Curb? Never heard of it. I take it that it's a tv show?
If that's the case, it could be where she got the idea from.

Ahh, yea I have. I've just never heard of it referred to as curb.
FYI, there really isn't anything interesting enough for me justify spending $50 - 60* a month for television programming.
*I live in the sticks, and that is what it cost. No competition sucks.

[Oliver Wendell Douglas]But you can hear the crickets and the owls at night. There's no competition with that. [/Oliver Wendell Douglas]
And I'd never heard it called 'curb' either.
By the way, reading the topic header I thought of Fred on Sanford & Son. "This is the big one Elizabeth, (staggers around the room, one hand clutching his chest, the other arm in the air).
