Has anyone tried Voip - Free Calls - Every service - One company?

I am thinking about getting an extra voicemail line so that I won't have to put my personal cell phone number on business cards and in other places. (I have already received two automated mortgage voice spam messages on my cell and do not want to see that happen more often.) The price and feature list are attractive. Opinions?
