So a bunch of Russian fishermen allegedly found an alien monster, and what did they do? They ate it! "One of the men said that it was the most delicious dish he had ever eaten."

I guess only Russians would have the stomach – and sufficient supply of Vodka – to eat an ugly alien monster from outer space.

I'd totally eat an alien monster, given the chance.

Can anyone get the video to work?

Weird I've totally seen this thing before. It is just some sort of bottom dwelling shark/fish and it looks like they are showing the underside of it.

There is much creepier looking stuff out there this one just looks like it has a face.

"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh"

Actually yes... My great-grandfather was born in Russia...

Honestly, I'll try anything once (as long as I'm reasonably sure it won't kill me, of course). I can't wait 'till the next time I'm in Japan (probably pretty soon for a wedding). Got a large list of things to eat there that I haven't yet (fugu, horse, whale, &c). There's quite a few things I didn't get to eat when I was in China that I want to get back there for too.

When I go there I just get an error message saying it's an unsupported MIME type, but it doesn't give me any indication of what plugin I'm lacking.

Its WMP, so you'll need Flip4Mac.

Er, well at least that's what Firefox told me the plugin was. I can't install anything here at work so I can't verify if Flip4Mac would indeed work.

Should I admit that I completely missed the boobies but noticed Harry Potter?

Looks like some sort of ray or bottom feeder.

Yep, it did the trick. Thanks

I wonder why my Firefox failed to tell me what plugin it was. Huh. Must not like me. Oh well. The feeling's mutual.

While I don't want to try *everything* once I'm not really picky on food. Good food is good food.

Horse and whale are fabulous. Tried it in Iceland many many times mmm

Bingo.

It is strange how news outlets can even report stuff like this.

Правда isn't really a news outlet so much as a tabloid...
