I recently got Sirius, and I've been listening to Alt Nation, which is decent for the most part. What I don't get is why they keep playing these songs by 'Kelly', which seem to be some kind of rant by a bitchy queen about borrowing clothes from other people. They're basically just annoying. I could understand it from the point of view that it's comedy and not music, but if it's comedy, then I don't need to hear it every few hours, because it's only funny the first time or two.
Do people actually like this music? More specifically, do the same people that like NiN or Radiohead like this stuff?

Never heard of her. I've never used Sirius, but since I use Zipcar a lot I've got tons of experience with XM. As far as I can tell, there's really only one good station: Bluesville. It's good enough that I'd almost consider buying XM just for that one station, but that just seems stupid.

Sweet. I really enjoyed the Alt Nation weekend where it was all 90s stuff and had been thinking they just need to skip the new stuff and stick with that.

Yeah, that's comedy alright. Why would it be played on the radio though?
