I assume this is about my friend Stephen, in which case I have to say that I'm not sure he has achieved such a remarkable degree of success yet, though he does seem to be fairly happy with his life. Perhaps setting reasonable, achievable goals is the secret.

I'd say that what is most amazing about this icon, this legend, is that he is such an exceptional visionary and innovator. If you combine that with his infinite passion, you've got the perfect formula.

Basically, he does what he loves most in the entire world. That's the 'secret'.
