Does anyone know how I can convert a video to play on an SE W950i?

I have QT Pro, and have tried 3GP and MP4, but no joy - plays audio, but no vid...

Any clues?

Supported Video File Formats
VCD, MPEG-4


If your phone is branded it may not play any 'home-made' video file.
