Any chance this can compile under OS X?

There's an old game called Subspace that was bought by Virgin, then died, then lost, so some other people reverse engineered it and made their own client called Continuum. Unfortunately they're all elitist holes (and Windows zealots) who refused to let the project get ported, so various open source projects started up.

This one is the most complete and promising and they have a Linux version (including the source) available. I'm no programmer by any stretch of the word, so I was wondering if anyone here can determine how difficult it would be to get this to compile under OS X?

You can download Continuum here if you're interested in trying out the game. It's pretty darn fun.

It looks like the only dependence is SDL, which compiles fine on OS X. Even so, I couldn't get it to go. It seems possible, though, for someone who knows what he's doing.
