I am getting this MacBook:

White 2.0 GHZ
1 GB RAM
80 GB HD


I'm so excited! My dad is coming home from work at noon tomorrow, and he's taking me to the Apple Store after work!

I'm so excited.
No ice, no mixer, just RYE!!!

If you have not already got it - put a bigger hard drive than that in it! I thought 80 was big. It's not....

Core Duo or Core 2 Duo

I had both. I now have the 2ghz Core 2 Duo with 1gb RAM. I love it!

Dude, you have to update your brain. There are no more Core Duo's. It's only Core 2 Duo in the market or even in the Apple Industry.

LOL, Core 2 Duo, 80 GB is all I really need, I only use 30 GB on my HD at present.

Dude, you have to update your brain. There are no more Core Duo's. It's only Core 2 Duo in the market or even in the Apple Industry.
The Mac Mini is a Core Duo machine.

My parents got me and my brother a Mac IIsi back in 1991 or so... it was like $3500 for the system at the time (I did even save up and put 16MB of additional RAM in there... it was a monster) but since I was 17, I bought all of my own stuff.

Can I suggest you get 2GB or RAM. Will make quite a difference.
