Steel-cut oats with real maple syrup. I have that pretty much every day.

I find that when I wake up (around 7:30) it's far too early to eat anything. I normally have a poptart or something at around 11 while at work.

炒饼. Uh... shredded wheat pancakes stir-fried with vegetables. Like chow mein, but made with shredded/julienned wheat (à la Mexican-style) pancakes instead of noodles.

Yes, I know that’s a weird breakfast.

I had humble pie, I'll be eating crow for lunch and my words for dinner.

For your mid-afternoon workout will you be jumping to conclusions or kicking the bucket?

How come there's no option for potato salad with extra-thick, slightly-underdone bacon strips with Israeli pickles?

My mid-afternoon workout consists of shifting my weight to the left.

My nearly world-famous smoothie, which is comprised of the following;

1 kiwi (peeled)
1 apple (cored)
1 pear (cored)
1 plum (pitted)
1 Tbsp Wheat Germ
4 Tbsp raw oatmeal
8 oz. yogurt
4 Tbsp of Mueslix cereal, or something similar
1 banana
1 Tbsp peanut butter (or sunbutter)
i Tbsp honey
6 - 12 Almonds

Liquify in 10 cup blender, adding water to fill blender. Makes enough for 3 days breakfast. Pour into sealed containers, refrigerate, and enjoy. Fruit ingredients may vary, depending on availability. Enjoy.

Nothing. I went to the gym instead (and I can't work out with food in my stomach, unless I'm in the mood to get stomach cramps and then throw up).

Whole grain toast-one slice-with approximately two tablespoons of all-natural, chunky peanut butter. Accompanied by a good cup of coffee.

Special K (all versions I've seen) has sugar and sugar-like ingredients so high on the list that I just can't tolerate it; it makes my blood sugar spike and then drop off about two hours later. The high protein version is the least unlikeable of the group. That stinks, by the way, because I like Special K...

I've found that most cereals are just not for me in the morning...but my toast with peanut butter breakfast works for a long time.
