Yeah, this was posted a while ago. You can tell it's just a video playing when his stylus scrolling is behind the actual scroll bar scrolling.

It's as if he did memorize the on-screen movements, but didn't care enough to take the time to match them perfectly. I just feel bad for the nuts who freak out and get excited about this.
Not to mention I've never seen a touchscreen iPod.
