I have a prediction.

After having looked at company's history, looked at the recent product offerings and market trends, not to mention their stock history, I predict the store will re-open.

I'm hoping for a new Macbook Pro preferably a new design instead of the alu model. I just came back from vacation in Fla. and I found the MB 13" screen just a little too small, especially for photoshop and web design. In the past I used the MB to offload my photos but the small screen is perhaps a little to confining.

Of course I bought the MB because of its size and durability. Traveling with a small laptop is easier then a larger more delicate one but we'll see what comes of this (if any thing)

I predict the updates will not be nearly as exciting as I'm hoping.

Store's back up now. MacBooks appear to be the only new item.

w00t!

Update: I tried to add one to my cart and it wouldn't let me - then the store went back down. Guess they weren't quite ready.

Anyone notice that although the "be back soon" page is up, the navigation buttons are still functioning at the top of the page? They're invisible but they still function. Is it always like that?

I always thought that the buttons were always there even with the "be back soon" page.

My wife and I almost bought two new MacBooks last week. Glad we waited.

It was up earlier and I saw the new MacBooks, but not now.

Its hard finding good minions. High school drop-outs, drug addicts, these are the kind of people attracted by my poor working hours, dangerous conditions, meager health benefits and moderately generous 401k plans.

IBL

Oh wait I started this thread

I'm not surprised by the meager update but I am a little disappointed. On the upside it does save me some money as I'll hold off on buying a MBP.
