I'm trying to find the composer of a piece of music. The only reference to it I could find is in this song by Rich Mullins. I'm not looking for the song by Rich Mullins, I'm looking for the original composer and title of the classical work.

I need to ultimately find the sheet music for this piece. I'd like to learn to play it.

Thanks!

I believe that's Bach's two-part invention number 14. (Not completely sure on the number.)

I think that's close, but I'm not sure that's it. Number 14 has a few of the notes that sound the same, but I hear it differently in my head.

Hmm. You're right. I was certain it was an invention, but maybe not. It IS Bach though. I'm at least certain of that. It's been too many years since my music history classes in college...I should know this. Dr. Stevenson would be dissapointed in me.
