Just curious, but are you a graphic designer?

I think you might will like this app Lineform from Freeverse Software

Personally I'm trying to figure out a way to use this app full-time over Illustrator since I can't stand Illustrator's bloated and buggy UI. The main thing that's preventing me at this moment is Lineform's weak Photoshop support but other than that it's an excellent app.

Inkscape is free, but I don't really think it is ready for prime-time.

If it's so simple have someone who knows and owns Illustrator do it.

The OP tried to do it with Apple Works … OmniGraffle is vector-based and simple to use. (But by no means a match for a graphics designer who knows how to use Illustrator )

What colors does it need to have? If there are any PMS spot colors required for printing, you'd best go with Illustrator.

Open Office has a vector draw program, and SodiPodi might be worth a look.

I own CS3 suite and Ill CS3 is my default vector app. All they did is prettied it up with new interface but underneath they made almost no improvement to how UI function. Layer system is still stuck in the stone age.

Is it still the crashiest component of the suite?
