Saw this done REALLY well in Atlanta a few years back. It was overflowing out of a massive fountain near the CNN center. People were swarming from everywhere to take pictures.

Someone did this to the fountain in the front of my neighborhood recently as well.

Yes...it's always funny.

Back along I used to work in a Virgin Megastores on weekends. Every Sunday the fountain near the back door would be "hit" and foam would float through the whole store... loved it!

(Note. The manager and people with soap in their eyes and the lady who fell over and hurt herself rather badly did not love it and the city council had to install warning signs and CCTV to try and kurb the 'sport'.)

Some kids used to do this regularly at a local fountain.

I think that adding blood red dye would be much better though, then you could run around screaming that it's the apocalypse.

Happens quite regularly around here too (as well as back in Norway), so no, I can't say I do.
