I saw this ad in the airport yesterday and it struck me a little familiar. Anybody knows if it was made by Disney-Pixar?

Looks Pixar inspired, but.. I doubt it is a genuine Pixar.

I could take Sean Connery in a fight... I could definitely take him.

It looks genuine to me. What throws the illusion off for you?

For me it is the way it is directed and edited. There are some minute pauses and less attention to detail than I'm used to from Pixar.. anything I've seen from Pixar.

If this is Pixar, then I can only imagine very little time went into making this commercial. Do they even make commercials anymore? The one's they made in the past (for Tropicana and Lifesavers among others) were high production value.

This is a political, low production value commercial and seems to me as being out of character with regards to what Pixar is doing these days.

I can't explain it properly, but I still suspect this isn't Pixar. I could be wrong.. there must be some record somewhere on the production of this commercial?
