Yeah, I saw that on the Colbert Report last night. If I ever get fat, I'll drive myself out to the mountains or the desert for a few months, living off the land and canned food, and hiking dozens of miles a day.

It's the over the counter dose of Xenical. I had several patients on it when Xenical first came out. All of them stopped taking it within a few weeks.

Anal leakage.

They'd fart and have oily/greasy smelly "leakage in their pants. Sometimes on a small dose they wouldn't have problems if they avoided greasy, fatty foods. (Which they realized, if they avoided that food anyway, they'd be more likely to lose weight.)
