That's very cool. Thanks for that.
According to the comments it'll be a 2 episode special during the 6th season; which starts in September of this year.

Much better than the average episode of Family Guy. Show works much better when they have something to focus their randomness for rather than just random for random's sake. Still one-joke gags grafted upon Star Wars, but I did laugh

Yeah, it seems to have found its niche in doing full-on parody's of popular culture. Back to the Future, Star Wars, and I think one other one that slips my mind at the moment.

Yeah, well. I'll live. I have never so much as smiled or groaned at a family guy 'joke'. I find it takes too much from the things it is parodying I guess and creates too little of its own.
The voices are annoying as well.
PS: I love Futurama, that's immensely funny! God is in the details, apparently.

The only good simpsons lately have been dedicated parodies of things too. It's almost as if the animated prototype american family material has all been used up after 18 years, as hard as that is to believe...

And the first valid point made, and I can respect that as opposed to being told that anyone who likes family guy has the "lowest common denominator" sense of humor.
But voodoo, you need to calm down there bud. Nobody struck a "nerd-nerve" and nobody needs to date rape to procreate, and you are not "emo" mr. party man. But anyways im done wasting my time responding to your asinine comments.
I agree with Dakar, lets please delete the OT posts mods.

I thought it was pretty funny, I'm not a family guy fan. It has its moments but it generally doesn't make me laugh.
I'll have to keep an eye out for this however and tape it.
Almost as funny is nodnard and voodoo's slap fight

What Family Guy does isn't parody, it's just beat-for-beat cartoonising of pop culture snippets. It's lazy and unfunny.

That wasn't true of the past, but yes, that's exactly what they've been doing lately.
