This is really, really cool. They use microwaves at various wave lengths that turns plastics back into oil. Some versions of the machine are about the same size as an industrial microwave. So I guess you could eat your dinner and change the oil in your car later.

That's pretty cool. Something's telling me that in a couple of years we'll be digging up old landfill sites to extract the oil in the plastics stored there.
