"'Jelly Hat' sounds silly," I told Prince. "How about something poetic, like 'Raspberry Beret.'"

A dutch fitnessguru was just busted having child porn on his computer, he is in trouble now. Appearantly a computercompany did a scan on his computer when he left it there for maintenance. Personally I don't understand why they actively scan for things to hurt their customer. If I fix someones computer and would find child porn or other criminal content I would go to the police too, but actively scanning for pornography..why

The porn isn't a big deal, but if you took your computer in for anything, nothing would stop them from copying your entire iTunes library or your tax returns.
Granted, YOU are not harmed, but if your protected AAC files get out, they will be traced to you, not the geek squad. Imagine if your DRM free music bought from Apple got out?
