You know those aliens in that other thread?
Well, they have pets too. This one's called "Zaphod" because the alien's daughter caught some TV transmissions from Earth and happened across THGTTG.
They've had "Have you seen Zaphod?" posters on every lamppost between here and Alpha Centuri since they lost him.

yup; i thought that too. the hold head reminds me of that actually. so i thought it was goofy perspective shot of a new born hippo. until you look at the back of it. ha!
and if it is, i would have never guessed one to be that small at birth, let alone have rat like hind feet
