Woman in California has a business renting out dogs.

Would you rent a dog? Why or why not? I wouldn't. I have dogs and I'm too attached to them. Also, I can't figure out how this business is going to be a huge success because it seems to me that a variety of issues could arise leading to a lawsuit or two.

It's California - they're all mental.

FlexPetz is currently available in Los Angeles and San Diego, where Cervantes lives. She plans to open new locations in San Francisco in August, New York in September and London by the end of the year
Well good luck with that. The RSPCA will slap her senseless.
Been inclined to wander... off the beaten track.

Yes, I do agree they probably will.

I am not sure that I think it's entirely a good idea. Mixed feelings about the entire matter. Would never lend her any money if she came to me with this business plan, that's for sure.

I have a business idea where you can rent puppies and kittens and exchange them for new ones once they lose their cuteness.

If only this had been available to Michael Vick in Virgina.

"Yes, I'll take thee pitbulls. Yes, I'd like full insurance on them."

I heard it was like $100 a year. Plus $45 a month fees. THEN the cost of rental.

Just a rip off. Besides, I'd get too attached.

I can see for some certain occasion perhaps (tho I have no idea what that might be.) Otherwise, I think this is just silly.

Hey, if you are chick searching, go rent a cocker spaniel, take it to the park for a walk. Instant reason for girls to come up and talk to you. No real work involved.

Still not worth the price.

Rent A Dog, schment a dog... I wish there was a Rent-A-Minion for those days when losses are just too much for the cloning machine.

That's because you're trying to clone clones while using clones to run the cloning machine. Harvest the homeless and orphaned for fresh DNA, like I do.

I think the problem is that the cloning machine itself is a clone.

Note taken: drive through bad neighborhoods at night for fresh DNA. Perhaps create human-dog hybrid.

Or just kidnap Jessica Alba. Got to be enough good DNA in there for a fair number of generational copies without too much degradation.

Oops, sorry. I'll try again.

Maybe, Paris Hilton should try something like this. Then she can get a different dog every time her old one isn't cute anymore!

I hope that was intentional.
