My g/f wants to access files on her WinXP box at work from her mac at home. I figure the best way is to run an sftp server at work and use Fugu or Transmit at home (right so far?). Beyond that though I don't know how to differentiate the server apps. Secure is foremost, easy to use is good too, since I"m not that great at windows in the first place, and she's worse off than I am. Anyone have a favorite?

This is FTPS (FTP with SSL/TLS), not SFTP (SSH File Transfer), but I have had some success with Filezilla Server in the past:

At one point, I actually did run an SSH server on one of my WIndows workstations... I think it might have been OpenSSH:

sshwindows.sf.net: OpenSSH for Windows

Whatever it was (and I think it was OpenSSH), it worked very reliably.
