I read something interesting once, regarding the shape of "alien" faces. Apparently there may be a sort of visual template which is embedded in the human mind, consisting of two large eyes, an exaggerated oval shaped head, and a small mouth, which infants use to subconsciously identify their mothers' faces. This template may be triggered in visual hallucinations resulting from stress, psychosis, or especially conditions such as sleep paralysis.

The human skull, with large black eye sockets and bald white cranium may have a place in the alien face imagery of our mind.

The Abe art is neat.

Speaking of identifying mothers' faces in relation to this alien art, I think someone might protest not having the "Father of Our Country" represented in a similar alien style.

We have Alien Abe, so why no Alien GEORGE?

Thanks for asking!

I think it's typically egotistical of humankind to believe we are the only intelligent beings in the Universe or that we are the MOST intelligent beings. Even though I'll be the first to admit a lot of it is bogus, I nonetheless think enough unexplained evidence has surfaced over the years to side with the belief that we have been visited more than once from aliens from beyond our world.

Some evidence even suggests ancient visitations. Until it's absolutely proven I will withhold committing to a belief with any finality, but I feel about it like I did about the likelihood that Michael Vick was guilty before he plead guilty. I thought it was more than likely true but I had no compelling need to decide before all the evidence was made plain.

Speaking a bit metaphorically here, when we don't have to make a decision why do we so eagerly jump to conclusions without all the information? Why do people jump to conclusions?

BTW Kevin, do you think I should start a new thread with this question?
