I'd just like to know if there are any 40K players on this forum. I play, obviously, and have for 6 years. I play Eldar, my pride and joy, and a bit of Thousand Sons.

Damn, I haven't played Warhammer 40K in around 10 years.
I like my water with hops, malt, hops, yeast, and hops.

What team did you play?

Oh and hey, you can't really use that excuse. You can still play with models you already own. Use old rules with some friends, and who will care?

Considering that they are sitting in my mothers attic several hundred miles away makes me really unable to play.

When I did, I had a great space marine army.

Space Marines here too, heh.

And I suppose I could play, just lost interest, I guess.

Ah, that could be.

You know, EVERYONE is Space Marines at one time or another.

I had to look it 40k or rather Warhammer 40K on wikipedia.

So playing with miniature figurines is you bag. Seems so junior high to me, but then being on the other side of 40, I may not be "getting it" what ever floats your boat.

It can be a fun strategy game.

For the OP, my army wasn't large, but it was powerful. I also had a regiment of the Legion of the Damned. A few heroes (the leader and high librarian were among them), a couple of terminator squads and some others I can't remember.
I like my water with hops, malt, hops, yeast, and hops.

Wow. Yep, you're old school. Legion of the Damned is basically out the door. Its still useable but they don't print rules for it anymore. Its basically a paint scheme now.
