Dear AT&T:

I'm writing this letter to you in my head. I will not send this out to you, for it will do no good. I purchased my brand spankin' new blackberry pearl a day and a half ago. A much needed button on it ALREADY only works about half the time I press it. I will be seeing you tomorrow when I go back to the store, have you deactivate all my crap, and hand me a brand new phone. Then, you will watch me part as I go to spend another 45 minutes reconfiguring everything on the new phone which will probably break in a day. I am a sad panda.

Sleep tight, AT&T.
See you at the ass crack of dawn.

<3 Me.

Minus the fact that I don't want to pay $600 for a phone.

Anybody know if AT&T will just give me a new phone today and set it up? Or, will they say, "Oh, you've only had it two days and it's defective? Sucks..send it to RIM (or whoever) for 3 weeks to fix it. Good luck."

In and out in 4 minutes with a brand new pearl! In the 4 days I've been with AT&T, I've experienced better customer service, and friendlier people than my last 3 years with Verizon combined. Unreal.

Good news. You don't have to. The Apple online store has refurbished iPhones for as low as $399.

It's good to hear that AT&T replaced your Pearl. I wish my experience with AT&T's customer service was as smooth as yours.

Slick shoes?!! Are you crazy?!!
