Hi all,

This is a bit of a peculiar advice I want. A colleague wants to order a bunch of pictures (a few hundred) and categorize them via various tags (and also add meta data with each). This should be fine in itself but the problem is that the original works are in iPhoto'06 and the owner wants all the categorized data to be back in iPhoto and that my colleague does not have a Mac.

So does anyone know of a photo management application (preferably free) that can do the job on windows and either produce data that iPhoto06 can read or the application also has a Mac OS X build.

None are free.

Otherwise if you both have Adobe CS2 or 3 you could use Bridge which is bundled within the package. While not free if you don't own Creative Suite but it wont cost you anyone more. Then when you need a better solution you can still use the meta tags that have already been created.
