Damn, is asking for an invitation to Oink or Demonoid allowed? ahaha. I'm hella desperate cuz i wanna check out some academic material and I can't get an invite anywhere >.<

Or go to inviteshare.com and put your name on the list of people who want invites.
Either way, it's possible to get into Demonoid and Oink pretty easily because of sites like inviteshare, so if you're trying to avoid the feds, it's a futile effort.
