I saw this show the other night and thought he was kidding, as he often does. While dinking around at Digg, I saw that he actually did it. Apparently, he plans on taking the joke as far as he can. I'm sure he has twenty fans in SC, so he just might make it on the ballot.
I didn't put this in the PL cause this isn't really political, it's comical.

It's not that he doesn't have fans, it's more of a question whether they will follow along or not.
