So in the wake of the past two poll questions asking what you use your Mac for and what is your primary Mac. How many of you are 100% Mac users here, and plan on staying one?

I picked option two. The Mac OS is my current favorite, but I don't rule out the possibility that at some point someone else might make something better, or that Apple might go out of business for whatever reason or even stop making computers.

Sorry.

Seriously, though: 100% Mac, for all of my computing! That may change if I snag Parallels/Fusion in the future.

DAMN IT!!!
I knew it had a second "t" in it, this is what I get for not spell checking my work this one time.

Well, changed the thread title, but I have not clue how to edit the poll question title...oh well.

I just sold off my PC a few weeks ago to buy an iPod Touch, but ended up putting that money towards my car. So I'm down to just my iBook.

And it's funny because my girlfriend just asked me about an hour ago if I see myself continuing to be a Mac kind of guy. This was after her year old HP laptop locked up for ten minutes trying to play a DVD.

I said 100%, maybe change, because Apple JUST might do something boneheaded like stop making computers to focus on it's consumer electronics (I know that can't happen for a while, but...)

100% Mac and will remain so unless Apple goes out of business, which we all know is going to happen next week, because there isn't any software for their computers.
Why is there always money for war, but none for education?

I will use whatever is best for what I do at the time. Right now it's a Mac.

If that ever changes, I have no allegiance to Apple. I was ready to hop on the BeOS trial in the 90s. Too bad that never came through.

I have 3 Macs, plan to buy more in the future and own 2 WinCrash machines. You didn't have an option to fit my position. Besides, isn't every single new Mac capable of running many Window programs via Bootcamp?

I chose option two because while I'm 100% Mac, I will use whatever OS I find best. I was using BeOS for most of my computer use until i switches to the Mac. Mac OS is the only OS that i have been able to use 100% of the time and not have to boot into windows for certain things.

I have tried most operating systems and keep coming back to Mac OS. one day if anything comes out that I prefer I will switch over to it.
As much as I dislike Linux, I did try Ubuntu 7.04 and Linux has come along way in the past few years. If Mac OS wasn't around, and BeOS was still in its current state, I'd give Ubuntu a serious try.

Uhhh... huh?

Our current signature rules give you two options:
an image (200x50px max, 10KB max, non-animated) and up to one line of text, OR
no image, and up to four lines of text.
Number 1 would be me...

Your computer is really messed up... It's like 50 px by 50 px...

EDIT: Wait.. is it showing a picture of Steve Irwin by chance? Because it's supposed to be a tiny iMac, and I am seeing a tiny iMac, but when I right click the pic and then select "Open image in new tab" it redirects to a picture of Steve Irwin from my Photobucket... I have no idea how or why.

Edit again: This is going off topic, but this is REALLY weird. This code was in my sig: [ImMG]http://www.tweedehandsmac.nl/icon/iMac_20.gif[/ImMG] (without the little Ms. Somehow, it was redirecting the URL in the code to random images from my Photobucket album. Anyone know how this could possibly happen?

TRIPLE EDIT: What the Hell... It's redirecting it to my photobucket album even when I copy and paste the image address into my browser window.

I am seeing an iMac currently.
I changed of my sig, thought the image fit the rules, but when going back I noticed I resized it wrong, gave me a thought to change it up, this was is 200x50.

Quick Edit: I just did a right click and view image and it directed me to the iMac also...if it is still not working for you or others, I would try to reload it to photobucket under a different name.

turtle: Don't get it...

theDreamer: Yeah, thats what you should see, but for some reason it keeps directing me to photos in my photobucket, and apparently it did that to the forum, too, thats why the big images were there.

100% Mac at home... My wife has a dual 800, I've got my 1.25 Ghz G4 tower, and I have a Wallstreet powerbook.
I do have a PC, but it's not plugged into anything. I keep it around just in case I really really need to check a webpage in IE. It hasn't been on in months.

OS X as my client, Linux on my MythTV and development server, FreeBSD on my production server, and Windows within Wine or a VM for IE testing and the occasional game.
