I tried this recipe the other day, and it was the most amazing mashed potatoes I have ever had.

Most people just boil up potatoes add milk and butter and mash them to a pulp, follow the instructions here and it will blow your mind.

Takes a long time but worth it.

Sounds good. I've got a ricer for just that reason, but I've never tried double boiling the potatoes.
