So my girlfriend and I are have hit and miss luck with sending text messages to each other. Usually there's no problem but a few times a month we realize that messages don't arrive, or they arrive 4 or 5 hours late, etc etc. I have T-Mobile, she has Verizon... how would I troubleshoot what's wrong here? Is it my phone? Her phone? My service, her service? Combinations of these things? Neither of us seem to have problems with other people, but it's hard to know when you've not received a message.
Not sure how I'd go about trying to figure out what's wrong.
