YouTube - 1/5 scale model of a delta III rocket
Stumbled across this gem on YouTube. This a 1/5 scale reproduction of the Delta III rocket, complete with separating boosters!
This has to be the coolest model rocket I've ever seen.
I'm hoping to get my Level 2 cert so I can do some high power rocketry, but it looks like the Livermore Unit of NAR has gone AWOL.

You can see that pickup next to the rocket. It's HUGE. Not sure what size engines it uses.
The incredible part was that it had multiple engines firing simultaneously, which is very difficult to do with model rocket engines. They're pretty irregular, especially at ignition.

That was neat. I built my first high powered rocket a little while go, but I haven't launched it yet. It is a Public Missiles Limited IO.

I have a Launch Pad Bullpup AGM-12B. Since I'm not certified, I can only use it with D engines (which is the largest I can use in California without Level 1 cert.) Once I get my cert, I can use more powerful engines.
I bought a Mantis launch pad for $40 on eBay.
I really like Launch Pad rockets because they do all sorts of real rockets with good attention to detail. Many of them come with different engine mounts so you can build the rocket for low, medium, or high power engines.

Then you'd know that I understood why the 'd' was there.
