I have regular speakers that I have on my PowerMac G4 Mirrored system and they are goo speakers, but also have a pair of Apple Pro Speakers. I would like to use both at the same time, but when I plug in the Apple Pro Speakers in they work, but when I plug the regular speakers in, onlt one set will work. So the computer will not play analog and digital at the same-time. Is this possible to change. I can play two sets of analog speakers at the same time without a problem by using the fron and rear head phone jacks, but I want to use the digital with the analog. Is there a hack that can help with this?

Because System Preferences only lets you output sound to one port at a time.

But was thinking that perhaps there is a terminal hack or something to have the computer stop turning the digital port off when it detects one of the two analog ports in use.
