It's a novel. i have about 100 pages (pocket-size) drafted so far. since this is my first, i need some people to read the first few chapters and test the general level of interest. just to make sure that i am heading to a good direction.

Those who're interested to read the first 10 pages of the draft please send me a PM with your email address so that i can send the draft over... i will credit your name if the book ever got published and send you one for free.

please focus on the story and style but not the language... an editor will work on the wording me later.

Excellent,

you should mention at the very least what's the genre. I may be interested in reading it but certain genres do not really interest me. For instance, legal novels are kind of boring imo, but being the geeky nerd that I am, I enjoy a good sci fi book

it's a fast pace thriller. from the first 10 pages you will read about hookers, private bankers, and some hispanic dude stepping out of a Continental Silver Spurs talking to a pimp in hot weather.

Writing a book, that's great! I've got one in the works, but finishing it is a tough job. How did you keep yourself focused on writing? And what did you do when your inspiration was at a low?

how do i keep myself focus... i don't know... i try to picture the things or the scenarios that in my head, like a movie. And then i put them into words. I have no problem writing three to five thousand words straight.

That's amazing. I get in trouble after about two thousand. So I mostly do 2 pages(A4) on a good day.

I did 90 pages in 3 days once. I'm on 110 and still counting the days with another project....

Good luck, and avoid distractions!

All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.
