Alright, so someone told me some of you can cook. Does anyone have a good recipe for a Thai satay sauce?
Or in fact, a good recipe for anything vegetarian-ish that I can construct in a small amount of time for not much money?

But you need a satay marinade for the items you are cooking, the peanut sauce is for serving.
