Well, just post what your favorite present you got was. I can't yet, cause I'm still waiting for my family to get up. Merry CHRISTmas, guys!

The look on my kid's faces when they opened their Wii. Priceless!

I think my favorite present was a white Christmas. I've never really had a *calm* white Christmas before (last year we had a blizzard and 100 mph gusts which doesn't count).

I really can't believe it's snowing in Seattle... But it doesn't seem to be letting up.

Yeah. I just got done talking to my grandparents in Spanaway and they say it's been snowing pretty steady for most of the day. Amazing. I hope it's all gone by Friday when I come up, but from the look of things it might be snowing then.

The forecast was for snow tomorrow, so I'm guessing that it's just going to get worse.

That's sad. But there hasn't been a white Christmas there since 1991, when I was a wee little kid, if I remember right.

We don't get any snow here in NorCal. It hasn't snowed since Jan. 28, 2002. For some strange reason, I remember that. (I was 9.) It was the only time I saw snow. Ever.

You were nine in 2002? And you registered here in 2003?

So you were 10 (possibly 11) when you registered here?

I feel so old.

No Joke!

<grumpy old man>
We need to do something about all these young whippersnappers on our board.

I read his post and thought "Gee, I was *32* in 2002." Talk about feeling old. I'm glad Glenn still posts on here. He is a good decade older than me and so much smarter. It makes me think there is some hope yet for me to improve.
One should never stop striving for clarity of thought and precision of expression.
I would prefer my humanity sullied with the tarnish of science rather than the gloss of religion.

The look of my children when they came downstairs and saw their presents. In fact, I had one setup and they virtually ignored all of the wrapped presents for that one.

I sent my cousin a new iPod nano, she's wanted one since they came out a few years ago. I wish I could have seen her face. I'll get to see her Saturday though.

BTW, how did your stepson like the PSP?

Well, I was, after all, only 19 in 2002, so now you’re making me feel quite young again—thanks!

He was speechless and couldn't believe we bought it for him. his wife bought him (well I picked it up for her) a couple of games to go along with it. I think he was aching for something to help entertain himself when he's over in Iraq. I'll see if I can pick up another game or two before he leaves.

Yo AngelaBaby, how's the female impersonation business goin'?

"'Jelly Hat' sounds silly," I told Prince. "How about something poetic, like 'Raspberry Beret.'"
