It appears that you are posting primarily for two reasons:
1) To post prominent links to your website.
2) To post briefly elsewhere, so as to have a normal-member post history. Having normal posts makes it harder for us to yell Spammer and ban.
If #1 were the only thing you did, you would be banned for website-link spamming already. So far, the #2 posts are not very impressive. I'd suggest you lay off #1 until #2 improves.

How many more chances is s/he gonna get ?
I suggest the following:
If s/he is really serious about being here at MacNN, s/he should remove ALL the links in the sig and stop posting ANY links to that website.
If s/he is not willing to do so, I'd say s/he's a spammer and doesn't want a second chance.

I agree - he/she/it should remove the links in the sig that she coincidentally posts about. It's a bit obvious whats being pushed here.
