THE SAW 4 PUPPET - eBay (item 270205807553 end time Jan-31-08 21:27:09 PST)

Even if I wanted it, I can't afford it. I'm sure someone will be happy though.

Even more reason to be scared

(their disclaimer from the auction)

I don't find it all that creepy to be honest. Now if it were a face-hugger from the Aliens movies, that would be a different story (anything from Giger pretty much creeps me out).

I've got a friend that would love billy. I'd get it for her but 8,400 is a bit much.

@xi_hyperon, yeah I get kind of creeped too when I see a face-hugger. My friend has a few face-hugger replicas around her house, she's one of those people that likes gore and stuff.

I won a bid for an actual, working, alien head prop from the movie ALIENS. One of only 12 that were created (only 6 of which were screen used.) It was jut the bust, no body suit, but it was the fully animatronic one with the pneumatic tongue, servo controlled mouth, and control unit. Used for close-ups.

After I won the auction, the auction was removed by eBay. I called the auction people and eBay and they said it was a mistake because they didn't set the reserve price, and they only noticed after the auction. I "won" it for about $1300.

I'm still bitter over it. I was so freakin' stoked. I was telling all my friends and coworkers about it, then the f***ers pull the auction. How cool would've it been to have an actual alien prop from ALIENS? That's one of my all-time favorite movies.

At the risk of of rubbing it in your face, yes, yes indeed that would've been the coolest thing ever to own.

Do you think it would be able to penetrate a torso?

Wow, that would be unreal, great conversation piece too. Sucks that they screwed you over, bastards.

Once I got in a bidding war for one of the Highlander:TMP swords, one of the katanas used by Connery and Lambert. 15 minutes before the end of the auction the bidding started spiraling upwards out of control and I backed out. I do, however, have one of Cardinal Richelieu's daggers from The Three Musketeers (1993), and a butterfly pendent worn by Alyson Hannigan on BtVS.
