I come from a screwed up home and I personally don't blame her parents. She is an adult and IF her parents didn't do the right things, well, it's up to her to rise above that.

Actually professor I was talking about Britney being the one that is the bad parent not that her parents are bad. She is all grown up remember? 
I also never said I was perfect but I don't not show up for court cases that involve my kids because I am out driving under the influence, kicking photographers, filming myself on drugs talking about how "back to the furture is real", hold up the sanctity of marriage by getting married for 24 hours, shaving my head infront of cameras, getting tattoos, doing shitty performances that look like I am on valium. I could care less to even go on about the poor sweethearts troubles.

I remember in 1999 I was watching Letterman and he showed this picture of Britney at the age of 17 on the cover of rolling stone. You know, the way normal 17 years olds look with stuff toys in bed, on the phone with sexy clothes on. Great angle when you know your fans are 12 year old girls.
Note the ""inside the heart, mind and bedroom of a TEEN dream"
Then he held up an issue of a porn mag called "barely legal" with a half naked 18 year old on the cover. The joke was the porn mag chick had more clothes on and marketed less to pedofiles.

What baffles me is the way that celebrities never leave LA. LA is a terrible city, and I think the environment contributes to the idiosyncrasies of its residents. When you find yourself surrounded by paparazzi, unable to have any privacy, at the cusp of a downward spiral, isn't that a good clue that it's time to go home? Or at least move somewhere more civilized, like New York?
